Homa is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is passionate about providing a supportive, collaborative, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges at their own pace.
With a client-centered, holistic, and evidence-based approach, Homa specializes in working with individuals from multicultural backgrounds, including immigrants, diaspora communities, and individuals navigating identity, marginalization, and life transitions. She also has a strong interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD, helping them develop tailored coping strategies and self-compassion.
She believes in fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences with authenticity and self- compassion.
She offers services in English, Farsi (Persian), and Spanish, allowing her to support diverse populations in their preferred language.
